A biographical sketch and photo of Edward Albert Williams. Mr. Williams, an attorney practiced in Fresno from 1893. He was instrumental in helping the Japanese land holders form corporations to protect their land from the the anti-Japanese legislation in the early teens.
He was also Deputy District Attorney for Fresno County from 1894-1898.
He was married to Katherine Fenstermacher.
