Description

Norris School, with sign over door showing year built, 1882. It was named for Robert Norris, donor of the land near Rosedale where it originally stood. It was used as school until 1914, then stored grain until 1958, when it was donated to Kern County Museum and moved to museum's Pioneer Village on Chester Avenue
