The structure, the second schoolhouse constructed at the intersection, had four rooms, a small library located in its center, and was topped by a belfry. In 1935-1936, the campus was relocated to Second Street in Del Rey. The 1907 schoolhouse was sold in 1940, subsequently used as a residence, and was later destroyed by fire.
