Description

K.W. Jones homesteaded his ranch in the 1800's. He lived, worked & died on Garces Creek. He cut down a Cottonwood tree and made his coffin, polished it by hand. Mr. Jones dug his grave and placed rocks and petrified wood around the lot in Grangeville Cemetary. When he died from a heart attack after falling off his horse, everything was ready for his burial.
