On November 17, 1983, the History Room of the Visalia, CA, branch of the Tulare County Library System became known as the Annie R. Mitchell History Room. Flanking Miss Mitchell here, at the dedication, are technical processing librarian Michael Stowall and County Librarian Brian G. Lewis.
