Two men have removed the car motor for repairs. They are working under a shade tree in back of the tin hut cabin at the camp.

This cabin is one of 294 sheet metal cabins with horizontal sheet medal siding. Some of huts have vertical medal siding. When the camp opened the cabins had no electricity or running water. In this picture power lines can be seen at the cabin.

The occupant of this tin cabin has planted flowers along the side of the hut and in front along the street.

This man has built a picket fench around his cabin as well as a little fence around his shade tree.

These tin hut cabins look unoccupied, but the photo shows the cabin arrangement. They were built 10 feet from the road and 15 feet from on another. The sheet metal siding is vertical on these cabins.

These occupants have plants and flowers growing in front of their tin hut that make their place look very attractive. The building on the left may be a sanitary facility that provides toilets and wash basins.
