Constructed in Western Stick architectural style and was demolished later. The building was a single-room schoolhouse with a bell tower topped by a flagpole. The Fort Washington District was created in 1874-1875 and merged with the Lincoln District to form the Fort Washington-Lincoln Union District in 1945, which in turn became part of the Clovis Unified School District in 1959.
