Constructed with Romanesque Revival architectural elements. Built in 1890-1891, the two-story brick structure consisted of three finished rooms on the first floor, an auditorium space on the second floor with seating for 250, and featured an adjoining tower. When the Lincoln School was built on the opposite (east) side of Reedley in 1911, Reedley Grammar then became known as the Westside or Washington School. The building was demolished in the early 1950s and replaced with a new campus.
