Porterville High School, built in 1923 for the enlarged district. Declared unsafe after an earthquake; demolished in 1954.

El Granito High School served the smaller high school district from 1905-1923. It was used as the Belleview Elementary school after the new high school was built in 1923. This building was demolished in 1950.

Mrs. Gault she established in 1946 the Francis Noble Gault scholarship foundation of Porterville high school in honor of her husband Lt-Col. Francis Noble Gault. she was also a teacher of English and Latin in Porterville High School 1924-1945.
