Description
An exterior view of the Fresno County hospital, almshouse and farm. The eighty acre premises is one and half miles southeast of the city of Fresno. There are four buildings (three seen in the photo) all connected by covered passageway. The main (middle) building houses the surgical wing, The are 9 wards and dining rooms and kitchen, as well as living quarters for staff.
