Picture of a very weathered, possibly abandoned barn or stable. Advertising for Climax chewing tobacco on the front of the building. Power poles indicate possible date of the photo ca. 1920. Caption probably refers to Moses J. Church who formed the Fresno Canal and Irrigation Company in 1871, the forerunner of the Fresno Irrigation District. His early canals were called "Church Ditches".
