Description
Picture of Iowa District Elementary School, built in 1910 and abandoned in 1958. It was the second schoolhouse to occupy the property. Constructed in Western Stick architectural style. The schoolhouse was situated on Dinuba Avenue, between Fowler and Temperance avenues, Fowler, Calif., The Iowa District was created in 1887 and annexed to the Fowler Union (later, Fowler Unified) School District in 1957.
