Picture of Kearney Elementary School, located on Chateau Fresno Avenue between California and Jensen avenues, Fresno. Shows Craftsman architectural elements. The Kearney District was created in 1916 and merged with the Houghton District in 1949 to form the Kearney-Houghton District. This district was, in turn, incorporated into the Central Unified School District.
