This photo shows the Dinuba branch library interior in 1929. First constructed in 1916-1917 through a Dale Carnegie grant, it is part of the Tulare County Library system.

Patrons read in the Dinuba branch of the Tulare County Library Systemin April, 1929. Mrs. Iona Walker was the custodian of the branch, which had a circulation of about 25,000 books.

This is the Carnegie Library building exterior in Dinuba, Calif. The cost of construction of this building in 1917 was approximately $8,000. It became part of the Tulare County Library System.
